Day 1 Arrive in Marrakech
Welcome to Morocco! Arrive at Marrakech Menara International Airport. Your driver and guide will meet you and they will take you to the hotel for check-in. Relax before a busy week, take a break, or go out on a short city tour to get acquainted with the city. Dinner is included in your riad hotel.

Day 2 Sights and Souks of Marrakech
Enjoy breakfast at your riad and then head to Ochre City for a full-day tour. First visit the iconic Koutoubia Mosque, then continue to the Bahia Palace and Saadi Mausoleum to admire traditional Moroccan architecture and tile mosaics. Stop in Mellah or the former Jewish quarter to learn about Morocco’s little-known but significant Jewish heritage. Stop for lunch on the terrace overlooking the Spice Market.
Try the Tajin pot and refreshing mint tea, and then in the afternoon explore the souks or markets through the winding alleys of the medina. These shops sell everything from spices to clothing, household goods, and various traditional Moroccan gifts and souvenirs. In the evening, head to the expansive Jemaa El-Fna to see a colorful combination of street performers, fortune tellers, musicians and food vendors.

Day 3 Gardens and Spas of Marrakech
Start the day with a late rise and a relaxing breakfast. For another day of sightseeing, start with the lush Majorelle Gardens. Wander through the colorful gardens, look for hidden niches, admire the vibrant plants and the small Berber museum. From here, head to the Yves Saint-Laurent Museum next door, which showcases the global fashion icon’s love for Marrakech and a permanent collection of the designer’s most famous works. End your stylish morning at 33 Majorelle, next to the garden, where chic clothing and artworks designed by Moroccan fashion designers are displayed. For lunch, head to Le Grand Cafe de la Poste, a luxurious place frequented by wealthy Moroccans.
In the afternoon, head to the luxury spa for a traditional Turkish bath cleaning ceremony. Hammam means “warm communicator”, and you will feel this atmosphere when you walk into the spacious and gorgeous spa sanctuary. A typical Moroccan experience includes several steps of cleansing, mud mask, and relaxing oil massage designed to purify and detoxify. Afterwards, enjoy refreshing mint tea at the Riad and enjoy some rest time.

Day 4 Cooking Class
Choose to depart early in the morning and fly over the palm oasis and Berber villages around Marrakech in a hot air balloon. Afterwards, spend a leisurely morning exploring the city alone. In the afternoon, head to a cooking class to learn how to prepare a traditional Moroccan dish-Tagine, a thick chicken and vegetable stew. Learn how to make the accompanying dishes, including Moroccan bread, fresh salad and mint tea. End your class with a celebration dinner, enjoy your own masterpiece, and finally end with dessert-almond paste biscuits!

Day 5 – Marrakech – Imlil
Leave Marrakech at 9:30 am and drive 1.5 hours to the nearby Berber village of Imlil. Meet your professional mountain guide, who will accompany you throughout the day. Spend a day exploring rural life in the Atlas Mountains on foot. During the day, walking sticks, hiking boots and mules will be provided for those who need hiking assistance. Hiking is a moderately difficult 3-hour climb, but can be adjusted according to difficulty and duration.
Enjoy the scenery of the snow-capped mountains and learn about the local culture and history while hiking. At lunch, settle down on the terrace of the family house, enjoy incredible home-cooked meals, and admire the view of the mountains. Toubkal. Walk back to Imlil for 2 hours, and then drive in time to the comfortable Atlas Mountain Resort for dinner.

Day 6 Berber Cultural Immersion
Visit nearby villages, visit local handicraft shops and galleries, and drink tea with local families to immerse yourself in Berber culture. Horse riding, cooking classes or other community visits can also be arranged. Relax before having dinner at the hotel in the afternoon.
